EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE.

Each beneficiary received P5,000 cash. At present, the NPC is subsidising the education of 27 students; one of them Alisa Orsolino (first row, third from left) has just graduated from college (BS Computer Science) at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
