The National Press Club of the Philippines hosts the Press Freedom Caravan of the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) last February 1 at the NPC Building Intramuros, Manila. The event was graced by Undersecretary George Apacible of PCOO, Undersecretary Joel Egco of the Presidential Task Force on Media Security, and Assistant Secretary Kristian Ablan of FOI Philippines as they shared their accomplishments and plans to members of the press.
