Secretary Martin Martin Marfori Andanar of the Presidential Communication Operations Office (PCOO) signs another Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Chinese General Hospital, represented by the well-respected philantrophist, Dr. James Dy, for the benefit of all NPC members. The ceremony was held at the boardroom of the CHGMC in Manila last July 18, 2018. NPC president, Rolly ‘Lakay’ Gonzalo, also presented the Club’s Plaque of Appreciation to Dr. Dy and the CGHMC (another award was earlier given to Sec. Andanar for all his efforts to uplift the lives and working condition of the members of the press).
